Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum hosts Día de los Muertos Cultural Celebration!

Experience the traditional Mexican holiday, Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, at Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum. The Museum will offer free admission on Friday, November 1st from 1-6 pm! The event will open with a special presentation and blessing of the ofrenda, a beautiful altar to honor deceased loved ones with special offerings. After that, make paper flowers and decorative papel picado while watching Disney’s hit movie, Coco! On Saturday, as the festivities continue, experience a Chocolate Making Workshop!
